"How do I place an order?"
Visit our CONTACT tab and complete the CONTACT US FORM. Logan will reach out to you within 48 hours of your form submission!
"Do you deliver orders?"
Local delivery is available within McKinney, TX. Delivery in the Greater DFW area is also available.
"How are my cookies and cupcakes packaged?"
Cookies will be packaged in a large baker's box at no fee. Cupcakes are packaged in 12-cup plastic container at no additional fee. Individual heat-sealing for cookies is available at an additional cost.
"What are your cookies and icing made of?"
Our cookies are made of a vanilla almond sugar cookie base with a vanilla royal icing. Gluten-free cookie options are available upon request.
"How do I pay for my order?"
Work will begin after your invoice is paid in full, and we require at least one-week advance payment unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment can be made via credit card, cash, or check.
"Do you have a minimum order requirement?"
There are minimum order requirements for cookie add-ons and cupcakes. Please see our SERVICES for more information.
"Am I able to make changes or cancel my order?"
We will do our best to accommodate any changes you may have if possible. Due to the custom nature of cookie orders, changes may be difficult and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been paid for,
refunds are not available.
"What are your COVID-19 sanitation precautions?"
Hoppe House Bakes is adhering to strict sanitation procedures. All tasks are completed solely by Logan to reduce individual contact
with ingredients and orders.
